Camp Fire North Shore

Camp Fire, formerly Camp Fire USA, is a nationwide American youth organization that began in 1910. The organization has been co-ed since 1975 and welcomes youth from pre-k through age 21.

The Camp Fire North Shore Council, located on the Salem-Lynn line was originally established by the Lynn Lions Club in the 1960's. We are situated on 75 acres of woods which includes trails and the Spring Pond Reservoir. Through its programs it promotes moral, social and interpersonal development for area children and young adults. Our programs include after school and summer programs serving 1500 children a year.

Camp Fire's outcome-based programs include youth leadership, self-reliance, after school groups, club and summer camp. We are inclusive, open to every person in the communities we serve, and offer a sliding fee scale.

Camp Fire North Shore is excited to provide Salem youth at Bentley Academy with the opportunity to realize their potential by participating in various activities while making new friends under the supervision of qualified, caring adults. Programming includes age appropriate activities such as Homework Club, Arts & Crafts, Sports, Games & Outdoor Play....
